JCRH Management LLC is an innovative property management group based on transparency and integrity. Our commitment is to provide our residents with superior customer service along with the latest technology to streamline the rental process.


We manage a variety of single and multi-family homes throughout the Springfield, Nixa, Republic, Rogersville and Willard areas. Each of our managed properties is kept well-maintained and many are updated and upgraded. We provide responsive maintenance along with access to a secure tenant portal to schedule, pay and track rent payments.

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
